TAIWANESE WHISKY: Kavalan Bourbon Cask is a single malt from Taiwan.
PROFILE: This single malt reveals a fine, precise profile, featuring notes of vanilla, cardamom and saffron. Matured in a single bourbon cask, this single cask from the Solist range is hand-bottled, un-diluted, with no added colourings or chill-filtration.
DID YOU KNOW? The island's subtropical climate accelerates the interaction between the spirit and the wood of the cask, reducing the necessary maturation time.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This whisky can be enjoyed neat in a tulip glass.
