JURA 30 ans Camas an Staca, 2012

This 30-year-old single malt “Camas an Staca” is a tribute to the age-old know-how of whisky producers and to the very particular character of the whiskies of the Isle of Jura. This whisky is shaped by the island's surrounding factors: water of exceptional purity in spring and constant fresh air all year round. It presents a nose rich in nuances of sandalwood, vanilla, Java coffee and melon. Camas an Staca is the name given to the largest of the megalithic structures on the Isle of Jura.
