Founded in 2015 to support the island's community, the Isle of Harris distillery unveils its new signature Single Malt. Crafted from Scottish barley and one of the softest waters in Scotland. Lightly peated (12 to 15 ppm), this whisky has benefited from a unique maturation on the island's shores, facing the Atlantic Ocean, in first-fill ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso casks. This accessible new release offers a tasting experience that is both smooth and complex. Bursting with character, this single malt resonates with a gentle echo of Hebridean peat, melting into superb notes of butterscotch, white fruits, and warm spices.

Nose : Warm. Immediate notes of butterscotch and warm pastry, evolving with aeration towards bright fruits, delicate floral accents, and sweet spices.

Palate : Balanced. Smooth caramels combine with clove and ginger, perfectly counterbalanced by the dry and mineral character unique to the Isle of Harris.

Overall : Long and creamy. It lingers, leaving a gentle echo of peat smoke typical of the Outer Hebrides.
