Agent Double is the result of Isautier's rare expertise in the production of agricultural rum and molasses. Agent Double 01, which is predominantly agricultural, expresses all the freshness of the sugar cane, supported by a lovely roundness typical of molasses. This white tasting rum is a blend of 65% rhum agricole and 35% rhum traditionnel de sucrerie distilled in 2021. The blend is made in brut de colonne before being gently reduced in Réunion's tropical climate to obtain an ideal tasting strength of 55% vol.
