Hatozaki Triple Cask pays tribute to the innovative Japanese craftsmanship of master distiller and blender Kimio Yonezawa.
This blended whisky is first matured in bourbon and sherry casks, then finished for 6 months in premium Umeshu plum liqueur casks. This rare process brings softness, depth and a subtle umami balance between candied fruit and pastry notes.
