The Glenlivet 25 years old is a Speyside Single Malt elaborated with the finest 1980’s vintage casks from the distillery warehouse. The single malt is made from a slow distillation and maturation process, resulting in a whisky with a perfect balance between distillate character and casks influence. The large proportion of sherry casks entering into the composition gives to the whisky a richness and aromatic intensity as well as spices, ginger and dark chocolate notes.
Nose : intense with sherry aromas and fruity and spicy notes._x000D_ _x000D_
Palate : rich spices combination (ginger, cinnamon, Jamaica chili and nutmeg) with orange zest notes._x000D_
Overall : lingering, dry, spicy and fruity.
