Nose : very recognisably sherry. Hazelnut praline. Old leather. Smooth notes of pastries: crème caramel, citrus fruit jam. A distant echo of bacon.
Palate : enveloping. Deep. Dried fruit. Fine, sweet, concentrated attack. Evokes cognac.
