FRUS 2018 Friulano - Blanc

Born of a tiny, 0.6-hectare parcel planted exclusively with friulano (a distant cousin of sauvignon), this vintage is vinified through spontaneous fermentation and a short skin-contact maceration period. The wine is aged for two years on fine lees in concrete tanks, then bottled and left to rest for a year before it is sold: a winemaking process which respects the fresh, aromatic identity of this native Friulian variety.
