FOURSQUARE 16 ans Mandamus

In 1995, Richard Seale fulfilled the family’s dream by building the Foursquare Distillery on the site of a former 18th-century sugar mill. Since then, the distillery has established itself as a leader in molasses rum, produced in limited editions, often double-matured, and crafted from a blend of pot still and column still distillates. Distillation relies on a triple-column Coffey still, capable of operating under vacuum to preserve aromas, and a pot still equipped with a column, two retorts, and condensers, offering great aromatic richness. Foursquare Mandamus, the 29th edition of the Exceptional Cask Selection series, aged for 16 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-port casks.
