TRINIDADIAN RUM : Trinidad 26 Year Old 1999 is a molasses rum produced by a mythical distillery from Trinidad and Tobago, which disappeared in 2002.
PROFILE : This rum reveals an ethereal, petrol profile, featuring medicinal, mineral, heady, spicy, fruity and tropical fruit notes. Derived from a blend of the 1998 (40%) and 1999 (60%) vintages, this single cask No. CR98/99BB1 was matured in a bourbon cask and bottled at cask strength by La Maison du Whisky for the Les Anthologistes Collection.
