With this Lot 82-01, blended from pineaux aged for several decades in oak barrels, you will discover a dark and intriguing robe, ebony wood revealing a nose with a discreet opening, whose aromas are slowly revealed: old cognac, walnut wine, cinnamon and cigar box... The attack on the palate, on the other hand, is lively, acidic and then opens up to notes of coca, caramel, dried fig and gingerbread.
The finish is slightly smoky and persistent.
Serve chilled or around 18°C to 20°C. Enjoy as an aperitif, on the rocks or in a cocktail.
