From the very last plot of agave planted by Don Julio in 2006, in the fertile soil of La Primavera, this edition draws its uniqueness from the time and care devoted to it. Aged for 36 months using the Solera process, this extra-añejo tequila preserves the founder’s spirit and carries on his legacy. Matured in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in ex-Madeira casks, this exceptional tequila opens with notes of toasted oak and caramel. It then reveals delicate nuances of apricot and orange, along with a silky sweetness reminiscent of agave honey.
