XO°, the first 10 year old single malt, celebrates the first drops of distillate from the Estate. It is the fruit of 10 years of organic and regenerative farming, 10 years of reflection and work on how to create whiskies differently. Whiskies that take care of the living, store carbon and offer new tastes, those of our land. XO° is a whisky of diversity, resulting from the marriage of our rye and barley, and the micro-assembly of a few dozen litres taken from several casks (cognac, armagnac, yellow wine). Limited edition of 352 numbered bottles as a celebration, with the particularity of having benefited from a maturation in a 250 litre amphora.
