Aged in a 420-litre barrel of local oak, this release shows a perfectly blossomed maturity of expression. Ripe, candied, exotic and autumnal fruits set the pace for an aromatic and flavour profile that is otherwise intensely floral, chocolatey, spicy and finely woody.
