DOLIN Chambéryzette

“An exquisite aperitif made with Alpine strawberries”—this is how Chambéryzette was described in its time. It is a blend of strawberries from the Rhône-Alpes region with a unique Chambéry Vermouth, specially crafted for this aperitif. Created by Rosalie Dolin in 1902, Chambéryzette enjoyed its golden age on Lyon’s terraces, Parisian cafés, and the early French ski resorts. The success of this “Chambéry strawberry” helped establish the Dolin House’s reputation abroad. Even today, this lightly sweetened aperitif is cherished for its ability to capture the aromas of Alpine wild strawberries.
