Description
The Barbet column was brought to the Diplimatico distillery in 1959, as was the Kettle column. This continuous distillation method was devised at the end of the 19th century by the Frenchman Emile Barbet. Made from sugar cane molasses, this brilliant golden rum is 100% distilled in the Barbet column, then aged in American white oak barrels. Its aromatic profile is fruity, creamy and smoky.
