Nose : Figue et dattes, avec des notes de miel et plus légères de pêche.
Palate : Le bois est assez présent, avec des notes d'épices, presque piquantes, et une légère acidité. Cela reste très bien équilibré aevc le côté gourmand, onctuaux de ce rhum.
