PROFILE : This calvados reveals a rich and deep profile, featuring rancio, waxy, tropical fruit, medicinal and floral notes. Produced from apples from the distillery's family orchards and distilled twice in a pot still, this cask strength bottling was matured entirely in a seasoned calavdos cask.
