Nose : Both rich and refined. Initially, smoky and peaty notes gently wrap around citrusy and herbal aromas (mint, dandelion). With aeration, bold spices (black pepper, clove), mustard seeds, and barley grains underline the medicinal and malty character of the aromatic palette.

Appearance : Jaune doré soutenu.

Palate : Broad, silky. Remarkably well-balanced, the flavor profile is simultaneously peaty, oily, malty, chocolaty, and even fruity (pear, mirabelle plum). Then, more floral (jasmine, broom) and honeyed notes deeply and smoothly coat the taste buds.
