BRUNETTE Single Cask Coffee & Rye Liqueur

La Brunette Single Cask is an artisanal, certified organic coffee liqueur, crafted in the spirit of a convivial digestif. Fortified with a 100% rye eau-de-vie, distilled in-house and bottled straight from the column still, it reveals a rich and expressive cereal backbone. Aged for 6 to 12 months in heavily charred American oak barrels, it gains depth and complexity — the maturation lending a woody structure while highlighting the coffee’s deep notes, enhanced by hints of toasted grains and gentle spices. Made from 100% Arabica coffee, sharing the same base as Brunette Cold Brew, it stands out here in a more intense expression. Slightly sweet (100 g/L) yet driven by a higher alcohol content (35% ABV), it embodies a liqueur of character: refined, complex, and surprisingly versatile.
