MACDUFF

Built in 1962 by William Lawson Distillers Ltd (John Dewars & Sons), Macduff was one of only a small number of Scottish distilleries to be founded in the 1920’s. When it first began, all of its malt was used for William Lawson, a blend well-known to France in the 1980s. Later, a ten year old version of its single malt was released under the name Glen Deveron. Only a handful of independent bottlers, including Signatory Vintage and Gordon & MacPhail, offer vintage bottlings of this highly exclusive single malt.
