DON PAPA

Originally from the Philippines, Don Papa rum distillery is located on the island of Negros, the historic capital of Philippine sugar known for the quality of its cane. Once distilled, Don Papa rum is matured in an exceptional climate down the Mount Kanlaon. A gourmet rum, Don Papa takes its name from a sugar plantation foreman who became a hero of the Philippine revolution in the 19th century: Dionisio Magbuelas, known as "Papa Isio".
