Sambucas, anise liqueurs, from the Antica Sambuca brand are produced in a little distillery in Rossi d’Asiago. This distillery was founded in the Veneto region in 1868 following the creation and success of a tonic liqueur, China Rossi. Since its creation, the company has produced a selection of liqueurs and spirits made from Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia grapes, and has always respected traditional techniques, reinforced by an expert team of chemists and professional technicians. As well as their sambuca range, the Rossi d’Asiago house is also known for its two flagship products, China Rossi and Kranebet.
