Founded in 1997, Ninkasi brewery - distillery is at the heart of the Rhône region. Winegrower and distiller, Alban Perret traveled this famous wine region to meet his fellow winegrowers and select the best barrels to age the brand’s whiskies. Brewed, distilled and matured in the French way, Ninalys single malts are just like him: authentic, delicate and generous. "Ninalys" was born of a desire to bring together the sweetness of whisky and the expertise of French distillers. The young girl's first name, Nina, refers to the natural elegance that emanates from the beauty and delicacy of lily of the valley. Ninalys represents France and its craftsmen, whose work is now recognized the world over. Ninalys’ single malts are distilled from the finest malted barley, combining its expertise as both a brewer and distiller with the treasures of the wine regions.
