Clémence and Thierry Ogez marketed their first rum punches in 2008 from their fruit and vegetable store in the greater Lille area. Six years later, the couple decided to found Arhumatic, whose handcrafted creations reflect a resolutely gastronomic approach. This version, which is not lacking in character, is made from 50% white rum from the Venezuelan distillery El Amparo, infused with passion fruit, bird's eye chili (rated 8 (torrid) on the Scoville scale) and cane sugar syrup. Between fire and sweetness, its aromatic and gustatory palette showcases the meeting of two distinct worlds that coexist harmoniously.
