ARHUMATIC Arawaks - Rhum d'Haïti (Clairin Vaval), Framboise, Fraise, Poivre rouge, Géranium Itinéraires

Nose : fine, complex. Initially, scents of red fruit (strawberry, raspberry) and geranium add freshness to the aromatic palette. With aeration, scents of gingerbread, red pepper and gum arabic bring out the full magnificence of Vaval clairin.

Appearance : rose écarlate.

Palate : full-bodied, unctuous. Pure indulgence, the palette of flavors is a delicious pretext for savoring raspberry and strawberry tarts. Under the influence of clairin, it then evolves towards increasingly floral registers (geranium, peony, rose) of rare subtlety.

Overall : silky-smooth. Having found the perfect balance, it delivers notes of distillate, red fruit and heady flowers, competing in intensity. It is then gradually overlaid by flavors of cracked red pepper. Honeyed (geranium, heather), the retro-olfaction invites us to take a slice of raspberry. Then, unexpectedly, the empty glass takes on tropical tones (mango, lychee).
