Their Absinthe is made in the traditional way, thanks to their know-how in maceration and distillation of plants. After a rigorous selection, the plants - including the Holy Trinity made up of Grand Wormwood, Green Anise and Fennel - are macerated in alcohol and then distilled.
Refreshing and strong in taste, it is consumed with or without sugar, with fresh water.

Nose : Balanced and subtle nose between aniseed, floral and vegetal notes.
Appearance : Sans couleur dite « blanche », en produit pur ; notre absinthe se trouble légèrement une fois allongée d’eau.
Palate : A typical aniseed attack of green anise and fennel, then floral notes characteristic of grand wormwood. The whole is rounded by vegetal and spicy notes brought by petite wormwood, lemon balm, hyssop... The bitterness is very light. Refreshing and powerful in taste!
Overall : The aniseed and vegetal notes are persistent.
