Matured in ex-Oloroso, its casks have been hand selected by Shinji Fukuyo, the Chief Blender at Suntory; there will be just 5,000 bottles worldwide.
Nose : sultanas, dry tomato, clove, cocoa.
Palate : deep, rich with sweet and sour and chestnuts chocolate notes.
Overall : long, slightly bitter, sour.
