WOVEN Hemispheres

HEMISPHERES is a complex blend of two whiskies, worlds apart. A tiny New Zealand maker of Manuka smoked Single Malt. One of Scotland’s largest distilleries; with a spirit that’s urban, yet elegant. Some things shouldn’t work. But they do. Untethered by tradition and enabled by ingenuity, Thompson Distillers are pioneering a new world of whisky. Manuka Wood; a flavour native to them, yet unfamiliar to us intrigued and inspired in equal measure. Through the shared language of whisky, good folk and smoke, we found kindred spirits. And flavours that we knew would blend beautifully together. The result is Hemispheres, an unpeated blend that’s unpeated, smoky and herbal that celebrates ever-expanding horizons in whisky.
