The mineral-rich water also complicates our fermentation process. 750ml 13% ABV, store our sakes out of direct sunlight and in a cool place (about 5°C), serve chilled at 10°C with a glass of wine. We recommend that you drink the bottles within 4 to 5 days after opening. Can be drunk warm
