The American oak brings out bright aromas of fresh vanilla and citrus peel, lifted by floral and herbal notes typical of the distillery’s style. On the palate, sweet oak, stone fruits and peach iced tea come together in a precise, vibrant and well structured bourbon maturation. Elixir Distillers is proud to present Blueprint, a new series that marks a fresh chapter for Tormore single malts. We have dedicated ourselves to refining the distillery’s spirit and shaping the cask profiles that will underpin the next generation of Tormore whiskies. Blueprint allows us to explore the distillery’s flavour spectrum by highlighting one maturation style at a time revealing the full potential of this versatile malt.
