Distilled in 2010, this Tomatin has been aged entirely in first-fill bourbon casks, adding smooth notes of sweet spices, coconut and a hint of toast to its fresh, fruity profile. A classically styled, perfectly crafted single malt. Founded in 1897, the Tomatin distillery is located in the Highlands region and is one of the ten largest distilleries in Scotland. Although its production is mainly destined for blends, single malt versions remain highly appreciated for their delicate, fruity profile. A perfect introduction to independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail's impressive collection of whiskies, the Discovery range comes in three main flavour profiles: sherry, bourbon and peated.
