For this first-of-its-kind release, our team of ex-brewers-turned-distillers celebrate their love of whisky and beer. A marriage of red wine and Apera aged single malt whiskies, further enriched for 18 months in ex-Bourbon Stout barrels that produced Brick Lane’s coveted ‘Trilogy of Fear’ imperial stout series. Drawing complex flavours of dark roasted malt, with a chocolatey finish, this drop is delicious sipped neat, and even better as a boilermaker with a barrel aged beer.
