SOLEDADE IPE Rhum

The only and exclusive rum from Brazil, it is born "rum" thanks to a subtle addition of molasses to the cane juice during fermentation. This molasses de facto removes the name "cachaça". It is doubly distilled and doubly aged: first in American oak barrels, then in ipe wood. This rum has a rounder and fuller aromatic profile than Ipe cachaça. It has the usual notes of molasses rums. A real discovery!
