Mediterranean Gin pays tribute to the wild coasts of Sardinia, where Coccolone juniper thrives in rocky, coastal environments, shaped by powerful winds between the islands of La Maddalena and Caprera. Harvesting begins in early November for the juniper, while myrtle is picked in January, at the peak of its aromatic maturity. Each botanical is carefully hand-harvested, from fig leaves to wild thyme, bay leaf to bitter orange (bigarade), and the precious Sardinian myrtle. Distilled using the London Dry method, this gin is both dry and elegant, capturing the unique aromas of this land. The richness of juniper blends with the fruity and herbal notes of myrtle, gradually revealing the citrusy bitterness of bigarade orange. The result is a complex gin that embodies the true essence of the Mediterranean maquis.

In a world where most spirits are created in controlled environments, Selvatiq follows a different path. Spirits are crafted exclusively from 100% wild botanicals, hand-harvested in some of the planet’s most remote and extreme ecosystems. Each of the three gins features a distinctive wild juniper species—shaped by Himalayan altitudes,
Mediterranean winds, or desert extremes. More than simple spirits, these gins are pure expressions of terroir, distilled with profound respect for nature, people, and place. The approach supports sustainable harvesting, fair compensation for local communities, and the preservation of fragile ecosystems.
