Maturation in our renowned humid cellar reveals a rum that is rich and complex, layered with hints of leather, seasoned wood, and pine resin. Roasted accents are present, bringing with them a subtle woody bitterness. The finish is concentrated and fruit-driven, with a delicate Jamaican-style profile highlighting fruit, olive, and bitter almond. This rum was named Best Single Cask at the ISS Awards 2020.
