The Apricot Liqueur from Tain-l’Hermitage, harvested in 2023, embodies the very essence of the fruit. Carefully pitted apricots are macerated in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir eau-de-vie, accompanied by apricot kernel almonds. An additional layer of flavor is brought by the addition of apricot eau-de-vie.
