This limited edition Australian rum has been distilled from local molasses. It was aged for 4 years in American oak casks in a tropical climate, before continuing its maturation for another 6 years in the Cognac region in France. This double ageing process gives it remarkable generosity and depth, combining fruity and spicy aromas with savoury notes of cocoa, caramel and honey.

Nose : Rich and complex, with tropical fruit aromas (mango, pineapple) accompanied by notes of caramel, honey and vanilla, and a hint of spice (cinnamon, cloves).

Palate : Round and generous. Tropical fruit aromas (mango, banana) linger, accompanied by notes of honey and vanilla. A touch of caramel and a touch of dark chocolate add depth.

Overall : Long and velvety, with notes of dried fruit and a delicate oakiness. The caramel and vanilla are still present, leaving a soft, enveloping sensation.
