    Color : Jaune doré soutenu.

Nose : Fresh, unctuous. Exotic (pineapple), fermentative, slightly petroleum, medicinal (arnica) and milky (coconut), the aromatic palette is extremely complex. On aeration, scents of agave flower and artichoke base give it class.

Palate : Round, gourmand. Divinely vanilla, herbaceous (sugarcane, agave) and fibrous (gentian root), the palette evolves towards more mentholated and exotic registers (candied banana). Then, nutty and more mineral flavors (chalk) permeate the taste buds.

Overall : Long, full-bodied. Floral (pansy, geranium), the tasting continues with herbaceous and saline flavors (clover, samphire). Refreshed by citrus zest (lemon, grapefruit), it becomes increasingly spicy (ginger, cinnamon) and fruity (pear, apple) over time.
