This exceptional rum was distilled in a continuous wooden column, named Enmore, from Demerara distillers in Guyana, in 1997. Aged for 24 years in oak casks and unreduced to 57.6%, this rum's powerful, exuberant character is marked on the nose by empyreumatic notes (camphor, tiger balm) and on the palate by spices, orange, nuts (walnuts, almonds) and wood.
