RHUM RHUM 2013 Vieux Millésime

Rhum Rhum Vieux Millésime 2013 is one of the most significant expressions of the project launched on Marie-Galante following the collaboration between Luca Gargano and Gianni Capovilla. Produced through an extremely prolonged fermentation process and discontinuous distillation in a water bath using small copper stills, it embodies an artisanal style that is pure and deeply rooted in the raw material. The 2013 vintage shown on the label indicates the year of distillation. The rum was removed from the casks in 2024, after 11 years of tropical ageing in fine oak casks that had previously contained great French white wines. It was bottled in Rosà by Capovilla.
