In colonial times, New England was a hotbed of rum, with nearly 200 distilleries producing this precious spirit. Privateer wanted to bring this tradition up to date by producing a white rum made from Guatemalan molasses, first pot still and then column distilled. This New England White Rum comes out very mineral, with lovely citrus notes.
