POTOCKI Antoniny Houndberry

Antoniny was the name of the Arabian horse stud farm owned by Józef Potocki, the great-grandfather of the distillery's current owner. To pay tribute to him, Jan Roman macerated wild houndberry fruit, found in the eastern regions of Poland, for several months with a woody essence of black thorn berries. Both surprising and ever-changing, its aromatic palette is off the beaten track, yet still reminiscent of its cereal origins.
