Jean-Luc Pasquet Cognac is an independent grower and distiller If this lot 62 comes from Petite Champagne vineyard, it is their Grande Champagne vineyards that have been in the family since 1730 This extra old Cognac has been distilled in the unique alembic of the House in 1962 After 5 decades of maturation this precious liquid offers the perfect harmony between fruits (mango, dry plum), spices (cardamom, cocoa bean) and wood (incense).
