PAPA ROUYO Brut d'Alambic Antipodes

"Created by a group of master cane growers, this new distillery in Guadeloupe pays tribute to Charles Alfred Ruscade, known as "Papa Rouyo", himself a master cane grower from 1920 to 1980. Made from the red sugar cane variety R579, this version is distilled twice in a copper still from Charente and aged for 4 months in vats before being bottled. Extravagant and heady, its overflowing palette of generous aromas and flavours reveals floral notes of great distinction and incredible diversity throughout the tasting".
