This wine is favored by the unique microclimate existing in Puerto de Santa María, where our cellars are located, with mild and humid temperatures throughout the year.
Elaboration: White winemaking, transport of the grapes, 100% palomino fino, in boxes to avoid breaking them until the pressing. Gentle pressing, settling of the must for 12 hours and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. Aged following the traditional system of Soleras and Criaderas in American oak barrels.
Nose : Pungent, almond, sweet and salty aroma.
