The result is the very first Ninkasi cider: a cold-hopped cider with Citra hops, which bring roundness and citrus notes.
This cider is very fragrant, with hints of fresh apple and a slight sweetness that makes it very tasty. Dry hopping with Citra hops adds complexity and notes of lychee and citrus.
