NINKASI Cidre Dry Hoppé Unitaire

This cider is the fruit of a meeting. Philippe Bernot of La Source du Verger (Savoie), who produces a gourmet cider made from apples and pears, and David Hubert, Ninkasi's master brewer, always creative when it comes to blending beer with a new universe.
The result is the very first Ninkasi cider: a cold-hopped cider with Citra hops, which bring roundness and citrus notes.
This cider is very fragrant, with hints of fresh apple and a slight sweetness that makes it very tasty. Dry hopping with Citra hops adds complexity and notes of lychee and citrus.
