Nose : Elegant. Vegetal (sage), floral (lilac, lavender), fruity (mirabelle plum), oaky, spicy (cumin).
Palate : Lively and vibrant. Mellow (honey, almond milk), ash, malty, floral (marshmallow, violet).
Overall : Mellow and soft. Slightly smoky, grassy, anise-like.
