Nose : ample, elegant. Initially floral (lily of the valley, white lilac), vanilla and medicinal (arnica), the aromatic palette quickly becomes lemony, honeyed (acacia) and peppery. On aeration, a host of fruits make their entrance (Williams pear, mirabelle plum, coconut) accompanied by pretty herbaceous scents (grass, cut hay).

Appearance : jaune doré soutenu.

Palate : lively, chiseled. At once fibrous (cane), liquorous (cane honey), tenderly liquorice and musky, the palette evolves towards candied notes (lemon, grapefruit). Impregnated with essential oils (rosemary, chamomile, savory, white mint), it occasionally reveals vesuvial notes of great purity.

Overall : rich, concentrated. Supported by a delicious vanilla woodiness, it is also tropical (banana, pineapple, combava). In retro-olfaction, flavors of gentian root, geranium honey and milk chocolate blend harmoniously. From the empty glass, scents of eucalyptus and Armenian paper emerge.
