Tasting notes
Nose : Incredibly round, with some sweet vanilla and flowery notes brought by the bourbon cask, balanced out by more refreshing and herbal notes reminiscent of lemongrass and rice.
Palate : Full expression of the sake cask, with some dryness and sharpness balanced out by an underlying sweetness.
Overall : There is a lingering fruitiness, with fruits such as muskat raisins and pear, balanced out by the delicate spiciness and sweetness of vanilla and white flowers.
